Teaching style

In my teaching approach, I welcome all students with understanding and value their unique differences. I love hands-on learning and frequently adapting my teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels motivated and excited about learning!

My own education history

I'm proud to be an alumna of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology in 2001. Later on, I pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts in Education in Instructional Technology from ASU in 2006. This advanced degree has helped me integrate technology into teaching and create fun, engaging resources.

Besides creating educational materials, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, and exploring the outdoors. I'm dedicated to education and always looking for new ways to inspire and help teachers with their important work of shaping young minds.
