About the store
I have taught Pre K-12th Grade Visual arts for 10 years in a private Christian school setting. I had the unique opportunity to build the art program from the ground up and have taught some of my students from grade school to high school. This unique experience has allowed me to take control over the art program and provide a platform where skill building happens from year to year.
My High school classes include: AP art history, sculpture, drawing, painting, and functional design
My elementary-Middle school classes learn skills in all the major mediums each year.

I created this file as a resource for an AP Art History field trip to the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, NY.
I found that there were no resources to guide me and my students specific to the AP art history course. I wanted to give my students the opportunity to see the images we studied through text and slides in person as a way for them to study for the exam. I wanted to give my students a walking tour through art history. A resource did not exist, so I created it!

Group Famous Artist Project power point
This is a power point introduction for a group famous artist project. These slides show students what is expected of them, project components, and what they will be graded on. The last slide has a list of suggested artists, but you are able to modify based on your curriculum. I prefer to introduce a new project through slides as a way to keep paper waste to a minimum.

Rubric for sculpture group project editable
This is a rubric I use for a high school group sculpture project. This is an editable document so you can tweak it for your needs, grade level, or specific project. What I like about this rubric is that it gives students an opportunity to self reflect and add a narrative before the teachers adds their own grades and comments. AP Art History Group Project Teaching a Unit
This worksheet is a guideline for students to use in their project. In this project, students take charge and teach a unit to their classmates using the guidelines provided.
