Shopping List

My shopping list allows for kids to make a list for up to 12 items and list the price of each product next to each item. When shopping they "check off" each item in the box once they have it...then they can add it up and come up with the subtotal...then they can figure out the tax and add it to their subtotal for their shopping total.

Next Dollar Up Bingo

There are two different ways in which to set up and play Next Dollar up Bingo. Print out bingo cards (enough for all your students) and print out calling cards for all the amounts you will need. First: Have your students write any dollar amounts in the boxes (ex. $5.76) and then on the “calling cards” you would write the whole dollar amount (ex. $6.00). Second---Opposite of choice one. On the bingo cards you could write out the next dollar up amount (ex. $6.00) and then on the “calling cards”

This can be used on a smart board or you can print out as worksheets. I used this with my life skills class on the smart board but also handed out as worksheets for them to follow along with & do at their seats. Students will look at the “job card” and see what job was done, when it was done and the amount paid…they will then move to the “Chore Bucks” chart page and record the above mentioned information.
