About the store
Kinder League has the unique opportunity to bring the best of THREE veteran teachers to any ONE product. Because we have collectively been around 4 and 5 years-olds for over forty years, we feel that we know how to get down to their level and be able to see the world through their eyes. We know how the mind of a kindergartner learns and this is reflected in the clean and simplistic (yet cute) layout of our product. And because we have experience in training teachers in curriculum, we are confident that our product holds the academic rigor required in today’s classroom.

Teaching style
Cessy, Yisel, and Cindy are three energetic and dedicated teachers that appreciate being in a position to make social change by empowering our families through positive and high quality teaching experiences for their children in public education!
Cessy Truex has been educating children for the past 8 years. She has taught multiple grade levels, but she has really found her passion and creativity in kindergarten.
Yisel Meza started her teaching career in 1999 in a kindergarten classroom and has never looked back. She enjoys establishing that initial parent-teacher relationship that is crucial to student success.
Cindy has been teaching for 12 years. Her heart and soul belong in kinder! She enjoys conducting parent workshops and empowering families through knowledge of classroom expectations.

Yisel has facilitated OCR teacher training, was awarded Teacher of the Year by LA City, and has presented at SCKC a number of times.
Cindy has presented at the P/K/1 conference in Northern California and the SCKC.
Cessy has also presented at the P/K/1 conference in Northern California and the SCKC.

Cindy Barragan completed her bachelors, credential, and masters in Administration at the California State University Northridge.
Cessy holds a Masters in Education from the California State University, Los Angeles and as a AmeriCorps Alumni.
Yisel completed her bachelors,and credential, at the California State University Northridge.
