I have been teaching for over 20 years and have loved every single minute of it- really! I currently teach kindergarten and have found my niche. I love the excitement that the kinders bring to school each day. I strive to keep that excitement alive and create an environment where kids to want to come to school each day.

Teaching style
Kindergarten by nature is very hands-on. We learn by doing, exploring, and investigating. I teach in themes where I can tie in all of the subject areas in a cohesive manner.

Additional biographical information
I'm a corgi fanatic. We have owned 5 pembroke welsh corgis in the last 20 years. At one point we had three but we found that 2 is the perfect number. We love to watch them herd each other around the house and yard and are always entertained by their silly antics.
