These sheets allows your students to track their grades/data. Every sheet has nine columns to log each assessment! Students are able to write/log their grade as well as graph it! Sheets can be printed together or separated into different binders based off of subject! This is the .doxc copy that includes Language Arts, Phonics/Grammar,Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies!

This contract covers the goals of being on task and completing work. It waste less paper than a daily contract and scaffolds the responsibility back onto the student. I make their weekly goal to get 120 points to be able to eat in my classroom. I've made the contract where it is editable on Excel.
