Welcome to KJS Creations! My name is Katie and I am the creator at KJS Creations. I love to create educational resources that I use in my homeschooling journey with my two active boys. I have 3 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher. I also have experience working with school-age kids after school. As well as 5 years experience as a homeschool mom. Here is a brief overview of my experience:
1. Preschool Teacher:
As a dedicated preschool teacher guided children through their first educational adventures, from finger painting to early literacy.
2. Homeschool Mom:
As a homeschool mom, I wear many hats—educator, organizer, and cheerleader. I tailor lessons to my child’s unique learning style, incorporating hands-on activities, field trips, and personalized curricula. Together, we explore the world, one lesson at a time.
3. Co-Op Teacher (STEAM):
In a cooperative learning environment, I led STEAM-focused sessions. Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math lessons came alive as students collaborated, experimented, and innovated.
