Experience

I've taught special education for 13 years. I've taught in both the resource and self contained setting. At this time I'm teaching in a self contained setting that provides individual curriculum to individual students.

Teaching style

I teach a variety of students in my classroom. I have students who are very young and very early learners, up to students that are readers. I teach to the individual students needs including IEP goals, behavior goals, and individual learning style.

My own education history

I have a Bachelors of Education from Butler University and Masters in Reading Specialty from Ball State University.
