I have been teaching for 24 years, and I have loved every minute of it! My experience includes teaching grades 2-5, and I have also taught English abroad in Mexico. I am an energetic educator. I love to give my students a learning experience by providing them with novel learning opportunities through hands on, creative lessons.

I was the Elementary District Teacher of the Year for my school district and a finalist for Regional Teacher of the Year.

My own education history

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in Bilingual Education in 1999. In 2007 I graduated from the the University of Houston with a Masters Degree in Mid-Management, Administration.
