Students will love being able to color alongside solving equations. Included are two differentiated puzzles. One is a basic elimination puzzle for students to solve. The other is a more difficult one where they may have to multiply one or both equations in order to eliminate. The puzzle gives easy check to see which equations have been solved correctly.

Students will be able to practice basic systems of linear equations by substitution. All the problems in here have one equations solved for a variable. They will need to substitute correctly, distribute if needed, and then solve basic equations for a variable. There is one hardcore problem included where they will have to think about solving one equation for a variable in order to substitute. Students will follow along in a notes sections of graphing linear systems of equations. They will then practice graphing a few more sets of linear systems and find the solutions.
