I have been happily teaching first graders for 12 years.

Teaching style

I love teaching thematic studies through balanced literacy and guided math. I believe in teaching in small groups, allowing for differentiation.

My own education history

I knew I wanted to become a teacher when I was in the third grade! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
