This is a rubric-type sheet that allows students to rate themselves to see where they can improve. They rate themselves in 4 areas on a scale from 1-5 (all detailed) and then total their points. This shows they where they can improve as a student. I use this as a 20 point assignment and whatever they score themselves, if I agree, that's their grade. I've seen improvement in student behavior, classwork and preparedness from giving this to students quarterly.
