Candy Corn Science Experiment is a quick easy science experiment that can be done as a center, a whole class, or even a party activity. Students follow the scientific method to see what happens to a candy corn when it is mixed with water. Kids make a hypothesis, collect data and write a conclusion. It is quick, fun and a good way to put learning into a Halloween or Thanksgiving party at school. Can be used as a STEM activity. Can be done individually, as a table group or as a whole class.

This is a quick Valentine's Day science experiment that kids can do with conversation heart candies. They go through the scientific method (question, hypothesis, materials, method, data collection, and conclusion)while dissolving candy hearts in water. It is easy, quick and fun. In my class, we do this activity as part of the "holiday" party. They think they are having fun...but they are doing science and learning! Inquiry based.

This product is a science activity in which students practice using scales to find the mass of various objects. They combine objects and find the combined mass. They take things apart and find the partial mass. They also design an experiment following the scientific method testing the mass of various items.
