Often times teachers are busy busy and do not have time for an Extra meeting and often times the student behaves differently when I am working 1:1 as opposed to a larger general education class. I print off the one page and have them return it to me before I start creating a draft of the IEP.
Emotion meter for students to label their emotion. Weekly tracker for students to keep track each week and reflect on the pattern of emotions for that week. Individual level trackers for students to start recognizing how their body is feeling in each zone. I have the poster printed on the wall, student check-in each morning by moving their magnet to how they are feeling. They are allowed to move their magnets as their feelings change during the day.
