Experience

Hello! My name is Tracy. I have lived in both Honduras and Spain and I love the Spanish language. I have an MA in Spanish and am building my course offerings at a small state university in South Carolina. I love teaching with Comprehensible Input, drawing also from strategies of Proficiency-Based Language Teaching.

Teaching style

My base style is to use Comprehensible Input in an engaging way that includes autonomy, relatedness and competency. Because I work with young adults, my topics and ideas skew away from silly stories towards infographics and serious topics. But I still hope to perfect story asking!
