About the store
Hello & welcome! My name is Lana, and I counsel at-risk minors & their caregivers as a case manager. We focus on mental health and behavior modification. I serve our lovely TPT family by designing inexpensive, valuable material on subjects such as: anger management, de-escalation, social skills, and applied behavior analysis. You can view reference sheets, charts, and social stories in my store. I've been in this field for six years; it is my passion! I have previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in a special education setting and behaviorist in schools. Outside of my career, my hobbies include art, exercise, and cooking.

Seven Steps to Resolve Conflict

This packet teaches conflict resolution in a child-friendly manner. Bulleted steps and visuals guide the reader to memorize each facet of conflict resolution; then, a hypothetical example is evaluated. Lastly, the reader learns how to determine the severity of a problem (i.e. "Is this 'big' or 'little'?"). This packet is perfect for elementary-aged children who struggle with social skills and anger management.
