This product is an assessment of place value and numbers form. There are 13 multiple choice problems and 1 constructed response. This assessment has models the students need to read as well as some word problems.

This worksheet is a great addition in student data notebooks. Students can color the number in when they have mastered the number. It is a great way to personalize your fact fluency time. Each student will be responsible for keeping track of their own math facts. I use this sheet in my student data notebooks with a sheet protector. My students are able to keep track of their own multiplication fact learning.

This document contains the South Carolina Math standards for third grade. There is a spot you can type in your own I can statements for each standard. Also you can you laminate this document and write in your "I can" statements with a dry erase marker. (This is what I do :)) This document is also jungle themed.
