This is a list of ideas and resources to teach students about "Poisson d'avril" and how it is celebrated in France. The document includes links to some free materials as well as ideas for incentives or games that can be purchased.

18 alternative videos for 2024 Navidad Commercial Madness - EDITABLE All videos are from 2024 with hyperlinks embedded in the name of the company on the bracket page. Videos are authentic commercials in Spanish highlighting Latino companies and traditional Navidad activities in Latin America and Spain. NO supplemental activities are included except a list of vocabulary and a link to a free BINGO generator for students to use while watching the videos.

These EDITABLE pages can be used for students to take notes about important sites and tourist attractions in Paris, France. Students can research the places listed on their own or together as a class. The first page of the document includes ideas for how teachers can use the notes in class. The sites listed contain hyperlinks to the French website for that place. The last page is a blank page that can be used to add other locations.

This is a list of links to YouTube videos with instructions in French for creating origami. The difficulty level varies, but the videos can be a fun activity to follow up literature studies. (This is a great kinetic activity to go with my activity learning about La Fontaine's fables!)

This is an Interpretive Reading activity using a Safe Kids flyer in Spanish. The focus is on house vocabulary. A rubric is included for grading.
