This is a chart of 35 dances of Hispanic origin with links to YouTube videos demonstrating each dance. You can highlight one dance per week during the school year, chunk them all together in a week-long lesson (or emergency substitute lesson plans), or you could go through and select 16 or 32 and create a "March Madness" style bracket for students to choose favorites out of pairs highlighted in competitions each week. This is a compilation of editable lists for students to bring in foods (or crafts & decorations) typical of various holidays celebrated in Francophone countries. The lists include a variety of foods as well as items that do not cost anything so that students with limited finances can participate as well. Some foods include links to a recipe students can use to make the dish if they so desire. Lists also have allergy warnings which can be edited. Food lists are included for the following holida
