Experience
I am a Secondary School trained teacher in the UK and MFL specialist. I have taught French and Spanish to all age ranges from children to adults for over 25 years. I now run my own company, empowering Primary Schools in the UK to deliver expert foreign language lessons to pupils.
Teaching style
I work with Primary School teachers in the UK, who are not MFL specialists, to help them develop confidence with delivering foreign language lessons to pupils aged 7 to 11. I provide teachers with a Scheme of Work that is unique, fun and very engaging. Teachers learn to deliver foreign language lessons confidently with my step-by-step language building programme that develops all skill areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Teachers also learn to bring the target language into everyday lessons in simple, practical ways that reinforce the pupils' learning outside of the specific language lesson and enables both the teacher and the pupils to develop confidence with French or Spanish.
