About the store
My experience has been both in schools and the private sector. I taught in secondary schools and specialize in curriculum planning for language arts. I also owned a language school in Luxembourg for 10 years catering to corporate clients and private tutoring.
After a three year enforced career break when I had a major back operation and had to undergo a lot of rehabilitation I'm now teaching primary which I am really loving. It was teaching this level for the first time that made me think about creating more fun materials.

Teaching style
I have learned that to be a teacher is not just about what you do in the classroom, it is shaping young lives and inspiring them to learn. Teaching a language other than their own it is always a challenge to make them see why they should struggle to learn vocabulary, grammar and different pronumciation. It's my job to inspire them to want to learn. Once they want to learn they find it easy and want to do more.
Awards & shining teacher moments
I was very proud when an HMC inspection in the UK cited my teaching as 'outstanding' on their report about the school I was teaching in.
My own education history
I've got 2 degrees, one in French and the second in Spanish and English. I also have the CELTA certificate for teaching ESL.
Additional biographical information
I'm a mum of three with too many rescue animals to mention. I love to ride my horses and be a part of my children growing up.
