Lab Report Template ! {EDITABLE & Works for ALL Grades!} Students are guided through the scientific method. This template works well for all science labs. I’ve used this format for students from grade 5 to grade 12! I have students keep each of their lab pages in a lab journal. Students record their information in the sections provided under the following subtitles: Lab Title, Hypothesis/Lab Purpose, Materials, Procedure, Observations and Results/Conclusion.

Have students use this template to summarize newspaper articles, or have them create their own (e.g., students can create an article write-up about them self for student-teacher conferences or on parent night). Get creative - Students can add an illustration, picture or paste in the article or other item that they are highlighting in their article!
