My teacher/leader style is first and foremost authentic. I like to know what others are thinking and what changes will make professional learning more engaging and relevant for them. I am alway tweaking my presentations so the delivery is more inclusive and meaningful.I want others to see information in new and visually motivating ways.

I have been in education for over 25 years. I love to design professional development materials that are simple, clean and relevant to today's teachers and leaders. I think having a sense of the beauty of words, placement and pictures adds clarity for teachers and their students.
