I have a Bachelor’s in Early Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction backed up with a 2nd Master's in Educational Technology, along with my ESL and Special Education approvals, which basically means I’ve spent years learning how to turn standards, strategies, and student needs into lessons that kids actually love. I’m trained to take curiosity, pencils, and curriculum and turn them into magic.
In my classroom, learning is active, joyful, and full of discovery. I believe every child deserves to feel successful, supported, and seen—no matter their background or learning style. Whether it’s helping a reader find their confidence, supporting language learners as they find their voice, or designing hands-on lessons that make complex ideas click, my goal is always to make learning accessible, meaningful, and fun.
First grade in my world is full of laughter, movement, and a lot of “aha!” moments. We celebrate small wins, learn from mistakes, and build a classroom community where kindness leads the way.
Bonus: I can write a lesson plan in my sleep and still make it fun, purposeful, and aligned—because first grade waits for no one.
