About the store
I've been teaching little ones for nine years across Alabama, Oregon, Texas, and DC, and I'm a PK4 teacher with a serious passion for early childhood education. I'm a resource-creator whenever I can steal a few minutes from teaching and mom life, and with an M.S. in Curriculum and Teacher Education and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, I bring both classroom heart and research backbone to everything I make!

Experience

I've been teaching little ones for nine years across Alabama, Oregon, Texas, and DC, and I'm a PK4 teacher with a serious passion for early childhood education. I'm a resource-creator whenever I can steal a few minutes from teaching and mom life, and with an M.S. in Curriculum and Teacher Education and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, I bring both classroom heart and research backbone to everything I make!

Awards & shining teacher moments

I earned my Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston, specializing in Language Arts and Literacy. My work has been published in journals including English Journal, Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education, and Applied Psycholinguistics. I have also presented research at the AERA conference in Chicago. My passion for learning and research continues to inspire me to create engaging, high-quality resources for our future learners.

My own education history

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Education from the University of Oregon, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston.
