About the store
I have been a teacher for 16 years and taught as a virtual math teacher for 6 of those years. I have written my own curriculum, as well as worked with many different learning management systems. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a master's in Curriculum and Instruction, a middle school math endorsement, and an ESOL endorsement. I am highly driven, creative and motivated to make learning fun for all students. For the last school year, I have been working as a technology instructional coach through a grant called Verizon Innovative Learning Schools. It has been great helping teachers understand how to bring purposeful technology into the classrooms.

When teaching number theory, I wanted my students to get up and moving. I have them go through questions in a "Speed-Dating" manner. Students sit across from another student in 2 rows. They each have a recording sheet on a clipboard. The recording sheet does not contain questions so students cannot just sit quietly and work ahead.
