This game works on decoding words within the 6 syllable types. Shuffle the cards. Put them face down in the middle pile. Students draw and read cards and put them in their pile. If you get a gobbling turkey, the other player gets to take all of your cards. Go until the middle pile runs out. Whoever has the most cards at the end wins. Cards are organized by syllable type.
