This powerpoint presentation can be used for many things! I use it for relay races, games, group work, daily warmups, multiplication quizzes (by showing 10 or so slides per day), and in many other ways! I can statements generated using the current math TEKS for 5th grade. All TEKS are included EXCEPT 5.1 which are the process standards. If you would like those included, please send me a message, and I'll be happy to do that for you! I like to print these on bright colored paper, and at the beginning of each class ask students if they can guess what we'll be doing today. That draws attention to the standard in a way that is more exciting than saying "class, today we will..." (in Charlie Brown

These task cards include 8 questions from various released STAAR testing materials. They are the size of a quarter of a page. Cut them apart and use them for a board game or leave them on the page and have students answer directly on the page. I think this will be a fun way for students to get extra practice on they estimation skills!

This Google Activity will allow students to practice subtracting decimals. Students will be expected to borrow and align their numbers/decimals correctly.
