These fact fluency quizzes are perfect for assessing your student's ability to add and subtract quickly. You can decide how much time you give your students to complete the quiz. There are different levels of difficulty, so students are able to feel successful even if it is at a lower level. There are also different versions so that you can mix them up while giving the assessment to ensure that students do not copy each another.
I made this nurse pass based on the things I normally need to send a student to the office for, and the things that the nurse normally responds with. Our school nurse loved it so much, she asked everyone to use it.

This is a resource that I made and use in my classroom almost daily. I know that tree maps aren't always needed, so there is a version with and without the tree map. I also made versions with the writing checklist on the writing paper, and versions without. There is also a seperate sheet with just the writing rubric that could be printed and laminated for students to use over and over.
