Use this document to record missing and late assignments from students of all grades to share at parent teacher conferences or during IEP meetings.

With all of the resources and password requirements out there, it's easy to lose track of all of your usernames and passwords. This document was created to help teachers get organized with their resources!

Print and Paste to a red file folder, then laminate. Students each use two to give them privacy during IP or tests. They are great for wandering eyes!!

I pasted this cover onto a purple file folder, laminated it, and place absent students' work in there and leave it on their desk for them for when they return. I also have students in their group do this for the absentee to teach responsibility. :)
