Students look closely at the plot, setting and main character of the books they are reading and then give their own opinion of the book. This would work great as a center activity, follow up for literature circles or a classroom assignment. Can be done independently in 2nd - 5th grade and with assistances in K-1.
The subjects and predicates are all mixed up! Students cut them out and put them together to make new sentences.
