This is presented as though the students are reading detectives. The questions for passages are what they need to complete to solve the case. Using evidence they find in text they can prove their answer!

Students love moving while learning. In this slideshow students will get to be active while also reading and counting numbers.
Each slide has a number as well as a physical activity. When the slide pops up students say aloud the number and then count to that number while doing the physical activity.
Example: Number 12.. 12 toe touches.
There is also a dance video at the beginning to get students moving and a dance break in the middle.

Each slideshow presents a picture of that phase as well as an explanation of what is occurring during that phase.
At the end of the slideshow there is a moon video along with a Moon Tour through NASA.
There are fun facts about the moon at the beginning and then a fill in the blank slideshow for the end.

This activity has 42 slides. Each pair of slides has a multiplication problem followed by the slide with the answer and the movement activity.
I play music during this. I give them a few seconds to answer and then for the activity slide about 30 seconds to complete before going on.
Mine really enjoy reviewing some facts will being active.
This book is 205 pages. I recommend printing front/back.
Each section includes an outline of the state where they must research the capital, nation parks, highways, etc. They also must write the abbreviation. The following pages have students researching the states flower, bird, historical facts, and more. They must also locate the state on the United states map! This is an interactive creative based research book for students to participate with. Great for partner work too!
