Teaching style
My teaching style is supportive, practical, and relationship-based. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and understood, and teachers are most successful when strategies are realistic and easy to implement. I focus on modeling, reflection, and small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting growth in the classroom.
Awards & shining teacher moments
One of my most meaningful teaching moments is helping educators feel confident and capable when supporting children with challenging behaviors. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside teachers in real classrooms, seeing growth in both teacher-child relationships and classroom climate as practical strategies are put into place. Seeing teachers regain confidence and children feel more regulated and connected is the most rewarding part of my work.

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education (Birth–3rd Grade). CLASS Observer Certified. Experienced teacher, coach, and trainer supporting early childhood educators through classroom observations, coaching, and professional development.

In addition to creating classroom resources, I work closely with early childhood educators through coaching, training, and classroom observations. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and focuses on strategies that are developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and realistic for busy classrooms. I am especially passionate about supporting behavior, regulation, and strong teacher–child relationships so both educators and children can feel successful.
