This check in chart can be used along your preferred emotional chart/thermometer/etc. I specifically made this one to work with a 5 color feelings thermometer progressing from green to red. I use this for daily check ins, using one row a day. However, I included an additional shortened chart that can be used with 7 periods/blocks. This is for all age and ability levels, and simple to customize based on your needs.
