Daily report for children who are on IEP's or at their parents request. Optional daily report agreement is attached. The goal of the Daily report is to bridge the communication gap between school and home. Using photos and tally marks will allow for simplified tracking and you can include the child in their tracking with such a simple format. Child can mark or color the icon to show if they are happy or sad, and can "mark or tally" how many potty breaks they have had at school.
