Descriptive Writing with Parts of Speech
Using examples of five basic parts of speech, learners practice constructing their own descriptive sentences. Teachers can decide to use all five parts of speech in one go or to use the provided levels as multiple entry points for their students. Words in red must be used together to maintain subject-verb agreement (concord). Great for getting creative writing juices flowing. Excellent for use as oral or written practice for constructing descriptive sentences. Recommended usage strategy: Appeal
