This data notebook was designed to help students keep track of their behavior and scores. It holds them accountable for their learning. This notebook is used throughout the entire school year. It can be passed on to the next grade level so teachers can see where each student coming from. This notebook is also a useful tool when you need to refer a student for special education services as well as during parent-teacher conferences.
