Learning is Magic

These two virtual rooms are a great addition to your Google Classroom, add them to your "homeroom" or just use them to present to your class. The links included are from Youtube, with read aloud books featuring Pete the Cat and Color songs from Frog Street. Students and parents both enjoy the virtual rooms, add some surprise links and change them every so often to keep them interesting.

This game is created for the purpose of giving students an opportunity to practice money skills: 1. Identify coins by name. 2. Identify value of coins. 3. Count coins up to one dollar, in same coin and mixed coin sets. Designed for those students who need repetition. My students enjoy it and asked for it again and again.

Dragons! Who doesn't love a good dragon story? Student's creative juices start flowing when they consider "If I had a dragon, what would we do?". This is inspired by the picture book written by Tom and Amanda Ellery titled If I had a dragon. It's a super cute book about playing with a baby brother and wishing he was something else. Valentine Cards inspired by the Harry Potter book series. There are 20 different designs, each one is 3 1/2 " by 4 1/2 " in size. They are ready to print and cut out! Update! The backgrounds on these slides are created from Google shape tools. It gives them a different look from taking a photo or image and placing it in the background. The slides with clip art are locked, I’ve added some moving parts including my Bitmoji. You can delete all that and put your own touch in.
