About the store
From 2011-2019 I taught students of all ages as a gymnastics instructor at The Little Gym. This is where I learned the basic principles of classroom management and a love for teaching. Who would have thought I learned about learning progressions and differentiation while teaching gymnastics? In 2019 I began my next journey as a one on one for a middle school student. I observed many teaching styles and delivery of academic lessons. Always wanting to be a teacher, in 2021 I made my dream a reality by going back to school to get my bachelors. This is when I learned how much I enjoyed creating my own lessons, leaving my professors amazed with my work. In May 2024 I graduated with my Bachelor's in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University! I have moved from a one on one/teaching assisted position to a building substitute. On days where I am not assigned, I work with MTSS providing additional math support to select students.

When his teacher provided him a measurement conversion chart, it was so overwhelming with information, colors, and multiple fonts, making it extremely hard for him to understand. I recreated the chart in a way that was easy to read when you need a quick reference.

Plotting Decimals on a Graph Note Sheet

Are your students afraid of decimals?? After realizing how confused students were about plotting decimals on a graph, I created this note sheet that became a helpful visual.
