Susan and Michelle have been best friends and teaching partners for two decades. Over the years, they have inspired each other with ideas and hope to partner with you to do the same. Susan taught in both early childhood and elementary settings. As a Title One reading and math educator, she has experience in many grade levels. She has spent the last 18 years having a blast in kindergarten! She also served as the academic team lead for 4 years at the building level, helping teachers track academic data and implement academic interventions. Michelle has taught many grades including 6th, 1st, 3rd and most recently spent 14 years in kindergarten. She currently teaches Pre-K . Michelle served as the behavior intervention team lead for many years at the building level by helping teachers track behavior issues and to create a support system for students. Both Susan and Michelle taught post-masters level education courses for many years. Additionally, their experience in district curriculum writing in ELA, math, and science will help them create useful resources for you and your students.
