About the store

Experience

Welcome to my store! I am not only the founder of Learning Lovers, but I am also a former educator. I previously taught for 9 years in elementary school settings, and 4 years in preschool and daycare settings. I have extensive experience with various grade levels and school settings. I've worked in private, public, and Montessori schools. My experience provides me with the knowledge needed to create resources that help all students and teachers succeed!

Teaching style

As an educator, I valued my ability to connect with students and create relationships founded on respect and trust. I made sure my students were engaged and excited about learning but also working to reach their full potential. I took great pride in my classroom management skills. The resources I create and share on this page will help teachers and students with these specific areas, and many more!

Awards & shining teacher moments

I was lucky enough to serve on the district science committee, elementary school PBIS team, and as Dean for the Day at my school in the absence of administrators.

My own education history

I studied education at West Chester University and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. I have my Instructional II certification for grades PreK-4 in the state of Pennsylvania. I pursued my master's degree at Wilkes University in the field of Educational Leadership. However, I realized that becoming an administrator was no longer my passion and once I decided to stay home with my first child, I wound up here!

Additional biographical information

I am an animal lover, and I love to travel with my family. Some of my favorite hobbies include drawing, watching movies, and reading.
