Token boards are a great ABA, Speech, OT, and classroom management tool to help positively reinforce learners. Learners earn a token each time they engage in a behavior you want to increase. Rose is a BCBA, Licensed Behavior Analyst, (LBA) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Rose graduated from the Florida State University.

Growing up in a family, with siblings with developmental disabilities and experience working in the mental health field both in and out-patient settings and Play Therapy, she has vastly diverse personal and professional experience working with children and adults with disabilities. empirically- based therapeutic practices.
