About the store

Experience

I have taught various grade levels throughout my career, including grades K, 1, 4, 5, and 6. Additionally, I am a Literacy and Math mentor for my district and an Intervention Lead and EdTech Mentor. I absolutely love teaching and truly enjoy sharing my passion for teaching with other educators.

Teaching style

My ideal classroom is one of discovery. It includes student choice, collaboration, and project-based learning. My strength as an educator is differentiated instruction and being able to reach every learner in my classroom.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Throughout my career, I have presented at conferences for my district and a few local and national conferences. I love collaborating with teachers nationwide.

My own education history

I graduated with a B.A. Liberal Studies and SB 2042 Multiple Subject Credential from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, I have taken graduate coursework in the field of Educational Technology.
