Often staff will place them in another staff members box to simply point out that their extra work or kindness is seen and appreciated. They will say that they saw in interaction with a staff member and student that made them smile, and more! Teaching style

Social Studies teaches all the things. I am constantly bringing together all of the various fields of study in one classroom. I strive to equip everyone with skills to be successful in life, to be critical and innovative thinkers, to have strong analysis skills, and to have transferable knowledge as I help them to see how interconnected the various fields can be. I want to involve the students as much as possible as they learn the material. I strive to create resources that help students to understand themselves, their community, and the world.
