Learning to Launch

Here is a great activity that your primary students will LOVE... and you will too because it is just PRINT and GO! I like to introduce students to elements of color and line to prepare them for this activity. We practice making all different styles of lines. They use a sharpie to make their mitten designs, and then colour them with warm colors, and the background with cool colors. Nice WARM mittens on a COOL frosty day!
