I am a pediatric occupational therapist with nearly a decade of experience. I have had the joy of working with children in a variety of capacities: inpatient mental health, clinic-based, school-based, in-home, feeding therapy, and early intervention. I love mentoring and supporting other therapists and developing resources that add fun while targeting multiple goals. Food Log for Feeding Therapy- Parent Food Logs and Feeding Tracking Sheets
Feeding Therapy Food Logs are an easy way for therapists to obtain information about a picky eater's diet in a very small amount of time. Many times in a feeding evaluation, I am trying to do a lot at once! This handout has made it easier for me to gain knowledge about a child's selective eating habits and food repertoire on the day that the family comes in for a feeding evaluation. It has been a huge time-saver. I give the parent/caregiver the food log prior to or during the feeding evaluation

I received my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from USC & a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA.
