Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in differentiation to meet the unique needs of every learner. I believe all students can succeed when instruction is tailored to their learning styles and readiness levels. I use a hands-on, interactive approach to make learning engaging and meaningful. Through the "I Do, We Do, You Do" gradual release model, I guide students from modeled instruction to independent mastery, building confidence every step of the way.
