Learning with Laskowski

This Cell BINGO is a great review activity so students can work on vocabulary. This can be used as a brain break or even a test review. I have students write the words from the bottom into any of the open spaces on their BINGO card. They have to use all of the words one time only! It helps if they mark them out on the bottom as they list them. I set a timer for how long they have. Then, randomly call out the definitions and students will look on their BINGO card for the word that matches the def

Just like adults, students have the occasional bad day! To try and make things better implement these bad day passes in your classroom. Sometimes they can't be completely left alone but this can make it to where you try and avoid calling on them or having them work with a partner/group. I made it to where the student fills it out and then gives it to the teacher so that there can be record of how often this is occurring to see if there is something else going on.
