Hi, I’m Bettina, a teacher, homeschool mom of three, and curriculum creator behind @teachermrsbettina.
I’ve spent years teaching students around the world, from ESL learners in Moscow to homeschooled kids in biology labs and history discussions here at home. The name “Teacher Mrs. Bettina” came from my international students, and it stuck!
My background is a blend of science, storytelling, and character formation:

▪Three years of in-depth study in American, World, and Ancient History
▪Certified training in Character Education
▪Real-world teaching experience across preschool, co-ops, tutoring, and online learning
I create resources with both rigor and warmth, rooted in facts, shaped by creativity, and tested in real homes and classrooms. Everything I design is something I’ve used myself, and many of my units include bibliographies so you can see exactly where the information comes from. I do not use AI to write content... I research with real books, trusted references, and educator insight.
What started as printables for my own children and online students quickly grew into a store full of helpful, high-quality tools for teachers and families. From character packs and science camps to holiday activities and literacy centers, every product is made to save you time and spark curiosity.

Teaching style
Whether I’m homeschooling my own kids, teaching online, or leading an in-person group, my goal is the same:
Create a learning experience that sparks curiosity, feels meaningful, and sticks.
I believe learning should be:

My approach is see, hear, touch, create, and discuss. Many of my printables include a special section called “Beyond the Lesson,” where I share extra ideas for making learning come alive... from craft extensions and real-life applications to snack ideas, role-play, and deeper questions for curious kids.

Five years ago, my husband and I built a community library in our neighborhood to share the joy of reading with kids and families of all ages. Since then, it’s become a gathering point for curious readers and a small spark of learning in our community.
