About the store
Welcome to my store! I am a former 4th grade teacher and have substituted in various level classrooms. My products are ones that were tried and true in my classroom, and some I have improvised while extensively subbing. After ten years of my teaching journey spent in the special education classroom, I chose to stay home with my three children for fifteen years. Before returning to the classroom, I privately taught a 2nd grade autistic child. A few years later, I was asked to finish teaching a 5th grade writing/spelling class. As fate would have it, while teaching the class, a position in fourth grade became available at the school for the following year. Eight years later Covid struck, and we were all teaching remotely. Having experience and materials that had worked in my classroom, I decided to offer them to other teachers on Teachers Pay Teachers. I took a year off before substituting for a K-12 art teacher who was ill. I now substitute mostly in the high school setting on a regular basis.
